The Project

carelist.de was designed as a comprehensive solution that optimizes the entire process of finding care services. The platform connects care seekers directly with facilities and providers through a sophisticated request management system.

Feature Set of the Platform

For care seekers, the platform offers the ability to quickly and easily create and send requests to suitable facilities. Care facilities and providers benefit from efficient management of incoming requests, allowing them to specifically address the needs of seekers. An automated waiting list management system additionally ensures optimal mediation and reduces organizational effort. The user-friendly interface guarantees intuitive navigation for all user groups, regardless of their technical expertise.

Scope of Services

K3web.io accompanied the project from strategic planning and conception through comprehensive branding and design to full technical implementation. Even after the launch, the platform is continuously optimized and further developed. The result is a user-oriented solution that makes the process of providing care services more efficient and transparent.

Technical Implementation

The project team used modern technologies for development. Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Drizzle were used to make both the frontend and backend efficient. The result is a powerful and scalable platform that meets the needs of users.

Challenges

During the development, various challenges had to be overcome. This included particularly the design of an intuitive user interface that meets the different requirements of the various user groups. In addition, a logical and efficient user flow for the complex mediation processes had to be developed to ensure a smooth and transparent use.
