Scope of services

As part of the project, an open-source CRM system was comprehensively customized to meet the specific requirements of EUROGLAS. After a detailed needs analysis that specifically addressed the peculiarities of glass manufacturing, K3web.io developed custom functions and adjustments for industry-specific processes. The project management also included supporting employees with change management and the implementation of the new system.

ERP-CRM integration

A central element was the development of a robust interface between the existing ERP system and the new CRM. This ensures that customer and supplier information is automatically synchronized in real-time, providing a consistent data basis across all areas of the company. The integration optimizes processes, avoids manual data transfer, and reduces potential sources of error.

Customer Requests

Customer requests are now automatically transferred to the CRM system. The processing of these requests is significantly faster due to streamlined and optimized processes.

Data Preparation

To ensure successful integration into the new CRM system, the existing customer data was structured, prepared, and analyzed. In doing so, K3web.io identified and corrected data inconsistencies and migrated the existing data to the new system.

Technical Approach

The developed solutions were designed with a particular focus on adaptability to industry-specific requirements, integration into the existing IT landscape, and scalability for future business growth.

Result

The result is a CRM system that helps EUROGLAS manage customer relationships more efficiently and optimize internal processes.
