As a digital agency, K3web.io has implemented a comprehensive digital transformation for the GÖTTING brand that goes far beyond a classic web presence. The Company

GÖTTING has been providing individual support in everyday life for over 25 years – at home, in the community, or in day care. As a privately owned family business from the region, they help elderly people remain self-determined and active. Their services range from home care to day care and residential care. A dedicated team of around 80 experienced professionals, daily companions, and household staff ensures that people always feel well cared for with competence, reliability, and personal care. They take the time to listen and find solutions that truly fit the individual's life.

Scope of services

At the heart of the project was the development of a modern web presence. During the conceptual phase, the digital communication strategy was developed in collaboration with the client. The design of the new website was created to be visually appealing and to function optimally on all devices. The implementation focused particularly on user-friendliness, allowing users to navigate intuitively.

Web App and Modules

In addition, a custom web app was developed that integrates various modules. The content management system allows the GÖTTING team to maintain and update content independently without technical knowledge. The asset management module enables digital management of apartments, residential groups, and locations. An integration with Google Business enhances findability, while Google reviews are automatically synchronized and prominently displayed on the website. All real estate and facility data is managed centrally.

Digital care and wound documentation

Another central element is the digital care and wound documentation. It provides the opportunity to capture and manage care data in a structured manner, particularly in the area of wound management. Efficient handover processes ensure a smooth flow of information between employees.

Technical Implementation

The technical implementation was carried out with the highest standards of user-friendliness, scalability, and data security in mind. The architecture is designed to meet future requirements and expansions while connecting various functional areas.

Result

In the end, a web app was created that helps GÖTTING optimize care processes, strengthen communication, and make administrative workflows more efficient. At the same time, a digital foundation was established on which further innovative solutions can be built.
