SPACEGOATS is a German e-commerce agency specializing in the optimization and scaling of Amazon businesses. The company helps merchants efficiently distribute their products on international marketplaces.

Scope of services

Process Automation

A central part of the project was the automation of recurring business processes. Workflow optimization significantly reduced manual interventions. Intelligent automation solutions ensure that processes are designed more efficiently and resources are used effectively. In addition, scalable structures were created that can be flexibly adapted to growing business requirements.

Data Integration

To ensure seamless communication between systems, a robust Shopify-PostgreSQL interface was developed. This API enables bidirectional data synchronization and ensures real-time data exchange of product data, orders, and customer data. By ensuring data integrity, all information remains consistent and up-to-date across different systems.

Internal App

To further optimize internal processes, a custom application for order processing was developed. The user-friendly interface enables faster processing of customer orders and integrates seamlessly into existing business processes. This accelerates workflows and significantly increases efficiency in daily operations.

CRM-Integration

Another focus was on integrating the CRM system. Website inquiries are automatically transferred to the CRM, enabling efficient tracking and processing of customer inquiries. The Stripe integration automatically generates payment links and checkout pages as soon as an offer is created in the CRM. This creates a seamless connection between sales processes and payment processing, reducing manual steps in the sales process and speeding up payment receipt. Customers benefit from a consistent experience – from the offer phase to payment.

Invoice Management

In the area of invoice management, a solution for automatic synchronization and archiving of invoice data was implemented. This ensures that all business documents are systematically captured and stored in a compliant manner. Compliance with legal requirements for invoice archiving is thus ensured, and the long-term, legally compliant storage of documents is guaranteed.

Technical Implementation

The technical implementation of the solutions focused on reliable interfaces between the various systems, a scalable architecture for growing data volumes, and the secure transfer and storage of sensitive data. User-friendly interfaces ensure efficient workflows and high acceptance within the team.
